In this 3 stop tour, see where it all started at the Lynnhaven Bay, talking about the history of oysters, Virginia’s 8 different oyster regions, the Virginia Oyster Trail, and Sensible Seafood at the Virginia Aquarium.
Stop by several award winning area restaurants to sample oysters in various preparations (raw, stewed, fried, rockafeller, etc.) via our executive coach selected by Chef and Food Historian Patrick Evans-Hylton. Guests will receive guided tastings paired expertly with Virginia wines OR Virginia Craft Beers as well as receive regional recipes developed by Patrick himself.
